Software Requests: cPanel extension installation will be granted as long as it does not interfere with the security, stability, and performance of other users on the server.

Emergency Support: We do not provide emergency, phone, or LiveChat support. Support responses may take several hours.

Webmaster Help: We do not offer support for webmaster-related issues, including coding, installations, or error resolution. We will assist with server library or configuration issues, if possible.

Backups: We maintain backups, but we are not responsible for data loss. You are fully responsible for all backups.

Prohibited Content and Activities:

 * We do not support any child pornography or similar material.

 * No spam-related sites or material, such as email lists, mass mail programs, and scripts.

 * No harassing material that may cause retaliation.

 * No phishing pages.

 * You may not run any exploitation script from the server; doing so will result in immediate termination.

 * If anyone attempts to hack or exploit the server using your script or hosting, we will terminate your account to protect other users.

 * Malicious botnets are strictly forbidden.

 * Spam, mass mailing, or email marketing in any way is strictly forbidden.

 * Malicious hacking materials, trojans, viruses, and malicious bots (running or for download) are forbidden.

 * Resource and cronjob abuse is forbidden and will result in suspension or termination.

 * PHP/CGI proxies are strictly forbidden.

 * CGI-IRC is strictly forbidden.

 * No fake or disposable mailers, mass mailing, mail bombers, SMS bombers, etc.

No credit or refund will be granted for service interruptions due to User Agreement violations.

Warranty:

We do not offer any warranty or guarantee of these services in any way. Once our services have been modified, we cannot guarantee they will work with all third-party plugins, modules, or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the demo templates on the demo server. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work with the feature, as we cannot guarantee that our systems will work with all browser combinations.

Unauthorized/Illegal Usage:

You may not use our items for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the platform, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including, but not limited to, copyright laws), as well as the laws of your country and international law. Specifically, it is prohibited to use the items on our platform for pages that promote violence, terrorism, hard sexual entertainment, racism, obscene content, or warez software links.

You cannot reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any of our components, use of the offerings on our items, or access to the service without the express written consent of us or the product owner.

Our members are responsible for all content posted on the forum and demo and activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to block your membership account immediately if we become aware of such prohibited conduct.

If you create an account on our site, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

We do not guarantee full SEO campaign delivery within 24 hours. We make no guarantee for delivery time whatsoever. We provide our best estimate for orders during placement, however, these are estimates. We will not be held liable for loss of funds, negative reviews, or you being banned for late delivery. If you are selling on a site that requires time-sensitive results, use our SEO services at your own risk.

Payment/Refund Policy:

No refunds or cash back will be made. After a deposit is completed, it is irreversible. You must use your balance for orders of our services, hosting, or SEO campaigns. You agree that once you complete a deposit, you will not file a dispute or a chargeback against us in any way, shape, or form.

If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and ban you from our site. Fraudulent activity, such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will lead to the termination of your account. There are no exceptions.

Free Balance/Coupon Policy:

We offer many ways to get free balance, coupons, and deposit offers, but we always reserve the right to review it and deduct it from your account balance for any reason we deem it is a type of abuse. If we decide to deduct some or all of the free balance from your account balance, and your account balance becomes negative, then the account will automatically be suspended. If your account is suspended due to a negative balance, you can request to make a custom payment to settle your balance to activate your account.
